California Gardens - Howden

Service excellent. Went with my limited mobility 90 year old Mother. We were offered the use of a wheelchair (mother refused! Taken to roses and helped in selection. Went to coffee shop again service excellent Cannot recommend highly enough

Under New Management really good selection of plants indoor and out with lots of accessories pet goods garden furniture etc etc much improved on a previous visit albeit a good while ago. Competitively priced great value but the flapjack in the cafe left a bit to be desired.

We called to the garden center on our way to home from vacation. the offer of plants, garden facilities and other objects has been varied and we will pay price, the plants are very well looked after. the toilets are carefully clean. I used a mobility walker and found no problems to get around. the caffe was nice, extremely clean, with a fair, if not extensive menu, with beautiful staff who were careful and friendly. it was spacious and our eating was nice. definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

After visiting this café today, I must say how impressed we were. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had a small area where we could bring our dog, and they even provided a water dish for him. The atmosphere and decor were simply out of this world. In the future, we will definitely be back to try more of the delightful offerings. Many thanks to all the employees for making our visit so enjoyable. I stopped in for lunch and found a really clean and inviting café area with delicious food. I enjoyed a well-prepared baked dish, while my partner had a lovely ham salad. The tea and coffee were excellent as well. The garden center is beautifully decorated, and the prices are quite reasonable. We would definitely return when we're in the area. Thank you!
