Bubbakoo's Burritos - Howell

Unlike some managers who just delegate from the office, Santos actively engages with his staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and that everyone knows their roles. I really appreciate good management when I see it, and he deserves praise for his efforts. The entire staff appeared young and enthusiastic, which added to the positive atmosphere. Kudos to Santos and the team at Bubbakoo! I’ve noticed significant improvements since he took over, making it a wonderful place to dine. Well done!

I was a customer at the Howell location since it opened, but after my experience this past Saturday, I won't be returning. I ordered my usual chicken burrito, as I have many times before, but the young employee with ear piercings and wavy hair put only a small amount of chicken and rice in it. I politely asked if he could add more. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me for a double chicken burrito, which I never requested. I ended up arguing with him, so I decided to go to Poke Burritos across the street instead for my meal.

I've been visiting Bubbakoo since their original location in Point Pleasant. To be honest, my experiences have been inconsistent, often depending on who prepares the food. When it’s good, it’s really good. My first visit was fantastic, and I can confidently say it was the best meal I've had at Bubbakoo. I've tried many places, and both my wife and I agree that the Chiwawas we had here were top-notch. Thank you!

I have a bowl for lunch. Large part and tasteful. Been to two Bubba sites amd havent had any complaints

Go into order get a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both doubble steak. They make the bowl first when we see the portion of meat we instantly ask that's a double? They say yes with the way the world is today we don't question it again until they put the meat on the regular burrito. It's clearly twice the meat that went in the bowl. So we ask to do a visual comparison when they open they bowl you can tell the difference. We ask them to make it right the manager comes looks and says I don't know what to tell you your either taking it or you're not. So we don't take any of the food. Not to mention they also made a crispy chicken burrito and a Quesadilla for us. So they lost that whole order instead of just making it right. I will never visit this location again.
