However, I was disappointed when I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get someone's attention for a donut that the cashier had forgotten. When I finally did get someone's attention, the person seemed annoyed as if I was inconveniencing them. Sorry that you had to be bothered for half a second for a donut, Ana. I hope your day gets better.
The restaurant is very slow and lacks proper organization and leadership. Despite having a large staff, including during the busy morning rush, the service is unacceptably slow.
The young staff members were extremely noisy, eating while preparing orders and not showing any respect when we asked for ketchup. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin'.
3 simple things 1. Stale donut.. 2. A pup cup with a teaspoon of whip cream and yes they charged me for it...3 small iced coffee with cream and sugar....well no sugar and the coffee was burnt .....clean the pots your using. 5.63 right in the garbage youcan drive 5 minutes north to a Dunken in the home depot location and get what you're asking for and it's always good..stay awayfrom this D.D. or just throw your money out the window as you drive by. It's sad that the place was redo and the problems stillexist
Beautiful inside. Getting into the parking lot was a bit crazy. Small selection of doughnuts and not the best customer service. Didn't ask for which protein for my wake up wraps, got the wrong donuts we asked for, and we were done eating by the time mydaughter got her drink order. And was rather shocked the staple of blueberry cake donuts were not available. For theanticipation of doing to a Dunkin, was pretty bummed it was less than the basic expectation. ????
