Wendy's - Howell

You are pretty slow and get your order quite often wrong. But normally they cook the food freshly, so I can understand the waiting. If you get your order right, the food is amazing and always fresh. They only lose 1 star because of the often mistaken orders.

I would say that this is not a terrible place, but some of the employees have to talk about what to talk to a customer. If I were a customer, I wouldn't want to hear about Urnebel, especially if I drag my kid around. I had to deal with this problem twice with a manager, but nothing really was done about the problem. Also, they need to train some of their employees how to treat customers, especially when they come through drive thru and do not get their debit card back. Do not come to her window with an attitude like her fault you have forgotten to return the card. Definitely would say they need friendly employees and also treat them better.
