I tried Din Tai Fung in Hsinchu for the first time. The food and service quality is on par with the original store in Taipei. The dining area is spacious and great for groups of friends and families.
Everything was delicious... My favorites were the pork dumpling as well as the dumplings with chili sauce. Great service and the food arrives to the table quickly.
There is nothing to comment on regarding the service at this restaurant.
Perfect experience with my family.
