The Amber Kitchen is the main restaurant of the Marriott Resort in Hua Hin. The staff is very friendly and also fulfills extra wishes. The buffet for breakfast offers a lot of choice, also a lot of sweets, including ice cream, for breakfast. Of course, many warm dishes and eggs prepared as desired. European guests would like a little more cheese. Since it is often 30 degrees in the morning, the indoor seats are in demand and therefore simply too few. The staff can hardly keep up with cleaning and setting the tables. Alternatively, a second restaurant could be opened for breakfast, which happens from time to time, unfortunately only from time to time. The restaurant is very family friendly and therefore the noise level is very loud. Alternatively, you can have breakfast at 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. or after 9:30 a.m. It's a little less frequented then. The chairs would do well with a cleaning of the seats.
