Great eating, friendly service and a very comfortable atmosphere. I would have been here regularly if I had lived in the opposite. they do not have an English menu, but the server spoke fluent English.

Lovely drinks and nice staff. Great cocktails. Closing at around 1, but staff walked along with us to the next place so no worries :

Great beverage selection, cheap prices and incredible service. friendly owner paired with a chilled atmosphere. they also have many typical bar dishes/snacks when they are hungry. the garlic fries were great and we have free chips and salsa.

My favorite in hualien. good cocktails and snacks. the owner is the most friendly guy in taiwan!
