Recreo Falcon - Huánuco

This was recommended by the hotel as place to get local food, and since it was close to our hotel, we decided to review it. we've eaten all three days there. there are two types of menu-the 'menú ' or the cheap,. eat every day, and regular severance that is similar, but more abundant. while there is a full of strengthen, with kartoffels, yuca and rice on any dish, they can eat quite good and quite cheap here. the menú costs about 15 sohlen (less than 5 dollars) and the main dishes around 25 sohlen. the menú includes suppe and a drink. they can get pachamanca, ente, cuy and other specialties and eat on the back of the restaurant that has a view of the huallaga river. very filling. a slightly negative aspekt. my pachamanca menú had little meat and much fat- but they exchanged it and gave me a much better piece of pork. friendly service and beautiful river view. they can be there with moto-taxi for 2 sohlen.

El local es clásico y turístico en Huánuco, la comida espectacular y deliciosa la PACHAMANCA, el logro de gallina, el picante de cuy además de un agregado de la vista del río Huallaga que está muy pegado al restaurante.

Espaciosas salas en dos niveles, con mesas que ofrecen una hermosa vista del paisaje formado por el río Huallaga, los árboles, las colinas y el azul del cielo.

La comida es excelente, pero la atención deja que desear. Aceptan tarjeta Visa con recargo y las camareras son muy apáticas. Es un buen lugar para disfrutar de un almuerzo fresco.
