Speciality of the house are smoked trout, fresh pastas, maceration of fruits in Pisco Famous Peruvian alcohol, whole wheat bread and much more. From time to time, the cook prepares something new so every time you visit, there is a surprise. Just ask the cook to eat something just your type of food you like or more the flavors you like and be surprised. The interior is very nice lots of wood very rustic and the charming part of it is that it is very little only 3 tables and about 6 bar stools. In the evening it turns a little into a pub, you can ask almost any kind of music an amazing collection of music. Do not forget to forget in HUARAZ Oh: people who are traveled know the stomach problems you can have, well they have some simple herbs to prepare infusions that will help you very quickly and safely.
