La Brasa Roja - Huaraz

Restaurant with many delicious dishes. the sections are immense. even after a very hard hike in the mountains I couldn't finish them and had to take the rest. perfect for money!

Finger lick good huh in this restaurant! they have an extensive menu, but most people come here for the huh and that is what they do best. my partner rated it with the best roast chicken he had ever! general portions at a great price. 1/4 huh, papa fritas and salat s./13 (as $7)

I liked this place because it offerered a good service and the food was really good. I would only suggest they put the utensils in a paper napkin and stop using plastic bags.

All about the sauces. they get the 1/2huh (it is not much more cost and the variety of meat and the fact that its roasted all together with the wonderful skin makes it worth it). it is the house speciality, add the sauces, enjoy!

Great place for an international lunch / dinner. location is great and the personal is really attentive. eating is quite cheap and the amount of food is also good. However, one lasted to get food in our table (we order everything except pollen a la brasa, roasted chicken). we saw a lot of pollos coming from the kitchen before our tellers did. I bet pollos a la brasa must be good then!
