However, I noticed that the burger was incorrect. To make matters worse, there was hair in the food. The staff had a terrible attitude, and when I called the feedback number, I found it difficult to understand what they were saying. I will never order from this place again. It feels like you have to make your own food to get exactly what you want. I am also submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to ensure this issue reaches the owner's attention. Additionally, I am considering reporting the restaurant to the health department to check their hygiene practices, as many staff members did not wear masks during Ohio's state mandate.
