Lovely food and service with a smile as always. Only gave it 3 for atmosphere as it was very quiet for a Thursday evening. Probably due to it being school holidays Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

If a 0 was possible then that would be my food rating for Canton Chef. We ordered Friday night, picked up no problems. On returning home we opened our food to what can only be described as oily tasteless and revolting food. The beef was absolutely appalling, the egg in the fried rice was as if it had been scraped off the bottom of an old pan, the duck, minimal, tasteless and very fatty. The salt and pepper chips were hideous just a mouth full of salt. We were so furious with the food we were tasting/looking at that it went straight into the bin and went for a plan B. Due to it being a half an hour round trip, we could not even be bothered to drive back and forth to drop off the vile food and get our money back (our choice) I would honestly say one of the worst Chinese take outs we have ever had. For the price, it left us speechless.
