Ordered beef tenderloin medium got half the beef tenderloin raw This chef doesn't know what medium means No problem charging

Ordered 2 garlic breads, 2 fajitas. The bread was raw and doughy inside. Fajtas, one chicken and one meat, were very strangely seasoned, which gave a strange taste to them both, or if it was something else strange. My stomach didn't feel so good after this.
