We called Kozy Korner to address the issue. The gentleman on the phone claimed it was a DoorDash problem and insisted they only had one order on their end. After a brief pause, he returned to the call and mentioned that the printer ink might have been faulty. He promised to prepare another burger and send it over right away. However, over an hour passed without any sign of the replacement burger, so we called back. The same man told us it was still a DoorDash issue. I reminded him that we had already reported this and he then claimed that no one from DoorDash had come to pick up the order. I asked him to follow up with DoorDash since we had no way to contact them directly. Instead, he accused me of belittling him. The moral of the story: the first time, shame on them; the second time, shame on me. We won’t be returning to Kozy Korner ever again.
