Wow, I'm not sure what kind of serve people look down, but we have a cake for a worker last day at shop today and 6 of us had a disc with 3/4 of the cake left. incredibly good (as expected), rich and fill. and probably one of the best oatmeal cookies I've ever had.

Very pricey for product. Elegant bordering on pretentious. Staff very nice.

We called and asked for a cake to feed 10 people. We were told they would make us a cake to meet the serving request for $45. We agreed. The cake we received measures exactly 5.5 wide and 5 tall and was enough to feed *maybe* 5 people with small slices. I called the store to confirm we received the correct size and was told more or less that I got what we paid for. We would have happily paid more for the correct sized cake if given that information but it was not provided, recommended, nor discussed in any capacity. We aren't bakers, there's no way we could correlate price to size of cake without seeing it, that's what we were relying on Nine Cakes for. Apparently that was our fault. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed with the cake we received
