Such a joy! From the moment we went to Mary our hostess Shelby our waitress Marty, who told me everything about the Malbec, I ordered some of the best services I've ever experienced! Then on the small plates fantastic! The saffron roasted cauliflowers, the scallops and these olives! I will be a frequent customer and recommend this jewel!

I went with a group of friends and we loved the vibe and big stands. We tried almost half the small plates and loved them all! Great cereal and pork shoulder! The food was good, but the cocktails were even better! The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Pedro's is another great addition to our wonderful city!

You captured every detail perfectly! The atmosphere is comfortable, cozy, and stylish. We truly enjoyed the food, especially since we love sharing small plates. The smoky Margarita was a standout!

What a great little place! Food has just the right amount of taste, cocktails are well made (and well thought out) and the staff is great. A great addition to Hudson and we will be back, over and over again.

What a great addition to downtown Hudson. The Fosters nailed it. For me, the art, decor, music and atmosphere completely elevate the place and make a visit here an unparalleled experience. Can't wait to go back.
