Pier 500 - Hudson

Our dining experience at Pier 500 is consistently enjoyable. This time, there were a couple of errors in the kitchen, but our waiter was incredibly helpful and the manager apologized. Normally, we have no issues, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service in response to the kitchen mishaps. We were impressed and thankful!

Ethan was an amazing sigh! so happy I chose this restaurant for a birthday brunch.

Hostess issue in seating we arrived with a handicapped person and we were walked to the end of building. We had a reservation and requested seating near the fireplace instead the employee walked my seriously handicapped friend to the end of the room. I was parking the car. When I came in we got moved. I feel like the hostess/waitress should have been more intuitive to my friends' needs.

The food and service was excellent! We were right by the fireplace!
