Tim Hortons - Hudson Canada

Just visited this location, where we found hateful, anti-LGBTQ posters on the back of every washroom stall door. They had been put up using Tim Horton's stickers/tape. We tried to talk to a manager, but a staff member would not let us. She seemed to have been the one who had put up the posters; she defended them and was incredibly rude to our family. It was a very upsetting experience for our entire family. We have called Tim Horton's Corporate offices to report the incident.

Came in from Ottawa, used bathrooms which were clean, had a coffee that was a classic Tim goodness, with excellent, fresh donuts. Had an experience similar to all others I have inside a welcoming Tim Hortons, so thank you. We needed that...

I am here right now, just finished eating inside a crispy chicken wrap. The chicken was full of hard lumps, and chewy parts that I had to pull out with my fingers as I could not chew them. There's a sticky fly trap hanging over the counter where they wrap up the food and it has many flies on it, it could not trap any more as it's full. There is one employee behind this counter that is trying her best to serve all the car drive throughs and all the customers at the front counter lined up to the door and one person at the cash. People have been waiting a long time to get their orders. This is due to the manager not there to do his job of managing. Also the place is not clean, lots of junk on the floor. Not the employees fault. But again the manager that is not doing his job.

Not clean! I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant. They were everywhere. Fly strips hanging behind the signage absolutely so packed with dead flies they couldn’t catch anymore.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They accepted my order, but then they told me they threw out the wraps early so they can close early. I asked for a refund but they said that there’s nothing they could do. The girl working is super impolite and was not being genuine. The girl was very unprofessional.
