Here the house offers various specialties in the area of antipasti (due to taste the Bruschetta and the original Calabresian salami), main dishes (recommended are the filled ravioli, very freshly prepared, but also an amatriciana tastes excellent here) and other secondi like meat dishes and fish, which are especially lovingly prepared (here the salmon with lemon sauce is the first place). And the pizza tastes very good, it comes to the ingredients, for example, you realize that he was prepared dough reasonably. Of course, here you will find a wide selection of vini bianchi and rossi, but I very rarely recommend drinking. You are well known and can recommend the appropriate wine to any dish. Furthermore, the desserts should also be mentioned, from panna cotta to cassata siciliana as well as tiramisù has tasted everything without exception here. All meals are freshly prepared, so you wait for a few minutes longer than elsewhere, which is absolutely ok for me, as I personally value the quality and freshness of the ingredients. In the end, I never looked at the clock during my stay, a sign that everything was done right. Finally, a word to the staff: I have rarely been treated so warm and accommodating, all employees seem to know the wishes of the customers and you realize that they are a well-established team. The owner Pasquale Toscano sometimes even has the time to talk to customers and ask if everything was fine. I find it very nice and, in my opinion, this creates a certain amount of customer loyalty, I would always go and recommend the restaurant without a doubt to those who want to immerse themselves in the true Italy. For me very clearly 5 and one of the best restaurants in the area of Cologne/Bonn.
