A L'esperance Des Grandes Rousses

Hotel super warm, cozy, staff at the top. Close to the tracks, really good time

The hotel is well located, with very beautiful common areas. But the room (cosy) has nothing of a 5-star: crushed paintings in several places, very basic bathroom with traces of moisture in the ceiling. There is no big mirror. Nice balcony. Services at the disorganized bar and restaurant. But the staff is very professional and tries to serve at best.

We have just returned from a superb stay at the Grandes Rousses. Everything was perfect! A big thank you to the whole team that was in the care of all our holidays. From staff to breakfast, to reception, to concierge, roomservice or room service: a team at the top! Very effective, fast and always a big smile. Breakfast is fabulous, full of good products are available at the buffet. and if you ever need anything, we were eager to prepare for it in the kitchen and bring it back to you. The rooms are impeccable, an incredible view, very good bedding. The restaurant L’Esperance serves an excellent menu, making good products from the region: It changes melting/root every night. Thanks again to the whole team of the Grandes Rousses, we are already planning to make a tradition and come back every year to the same period for my birthday: Mr. Temsamani
