We had a little mix up with the app using a coupon, and if you know the DQ app it limits coupon use pretty strictly, so it couldn’t be changed. I didn’t get the shift lead’s name but he gave us a freebie instead, even though we were expecting to pay. It was a really nice blessing. Hopefully y’all see this, I don’t think gratitude was properly expressed at the window. This was 9/28 around 3:30 pm. Service: Take out

This DQ is absolute trash. I don't know how they are still in business.

Have tried time and time again to give them another chance and been patient theoughout. First few failed trips were 30+ minute waits for a couple blizzards, or a steak finger basket. Half the time they either don't bring it all out, or bring you the wrong items because they send you around to the other side and forget who is who because its been so long of a wait. Girlfriend refuses to ever go back there for anything. Mind you we never ordered during peak times where they are overwhelmed. This has been going on for more than a year. Gave them another chance today. Same Ole story. Ordered ahead at 3:22, said in app would be ready by 3:50. Go to pick up, haven't even started the order, supposedly don't even have items to make one of the burgers, and underwhelming service. Couldn't even properly refund or cancel order. This will 100% be the last time. Sonic has cleaned up their slow times, why can't this place right next door? You can go to Crosby Dairy Queen and back before this place even starts making your food. You can go to so many other places in Atascocita and be home before you even fet your drinks here. Just shut it down already and build us a new one with new leadership and service we deserve on 2100 when they finish construction.
