Dairy Queen - Hughes Springs

I'm not sure what changes have taken place at the HS DQ, but it seems they have made some much-needed improvements to their staff! I stopped going there for years because of poor food and service, but I decided to give it another shot a couple of weeks ago, and wow! I had an amazing burger and onion rings! The service was excellent as well! Kindness truly makes a difference, and you can see when employees are happy to be at work; it shows in their faces, voices, and body language. The new team at HS DQ is doing a fantastic job! They deserve the "Excellent Service" award! Keep smiling!

My friend and I ordered the taco salad. It was tasty, but it became soggy within a few minutes.

The nacho chips were old and stale. I know they can make fresh chips because I've had them before, but for some reason, they chose not to this time. It feels downright lazy. I would give zero stars if I could.

Love this place. Good gets out as quick as possible even if they are super busy. Love the staff members there. This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to honestly they always have hard workers there that make sure the supremes are taken care of nomatter how busy they are. If I could I would rate this place higher then a 5. I 10/10 recommend this place.

The service was excellent, and the person who delivered our food was very friendly.
