Wendy's - Hughsonville

Anytime I order from here my order is either missing something or the people in the store don’t want to correct the order or if I order from doordash I never receive my order like yesterday two people went to pick up my order and both drivers canceled because they took wayyy to long to get my order out.

Ordered on line, cashier said u at wrong store...I can't get credit for this but gave it to me anyway...Customer Service Baby....That's what I'm talking about!!!!

Placed my order on the app at 1:30 AM because they close at 2:00 so when I get there it should be ready. Went there but they lied saying their system doesn’t work. If you close earlier than 2:00 just say that in your business hours instead of making people waste their time coming here. Oh and the worst part is I paid $18 for the order and didn’t get a refund either while the employees are taking the food home.

Went here late around 12AM. The employees were nice, the restaurant looked cool from the outside, but food was awful. I’m not expecting the food to be amazing that late but this was just plain terrible. First off, I waited a long time on line for the whole process, about 15 minutes and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I assumed since it took so long maybe the food will taste better, that’s what usually happens. I ordered the baconator pretzel burger and it was super duper dry and the cheese was cold, yes I ordered Asiago instead of American but it looked like it was just slapped on from the fridge, the bacon didn’t taste like applewood smoked bacon, it was slimy and chewy, and slimy usually means bacon is old, the ketchup was cold, mayo cold, and the pattys were luke warm, and very dry. I ripped a piece off and taste it alone and it was awful, there wasn’t even 6 strips of bacon, it was 2 pieces ripped in half. The fries were stale and the fry oil tasted like it was really old, days old, and I ordered nuggets and fries for a friend of mine, and they said the same thing about the fries, and her nuggets were also dry and stale.I mean yes I’m not expecting the food to be perfect this late at night but waiting so long for food that taste like it could give me food poisoning is not worth it. So we threw the fries out, I threw the bacon out, and wrapped the rest of my bitten sandwich up in foil, and tried to re heat the nuggets wrapped in foil. I also made my own mixture of mayo ketchup and relish to help with the dryness. At least the cheese was melted and it was edible. My friend used the mayo mixture on her nuggets. Waste of money and time, and the fear of poisoning do not recommend.
