We had the special which was the French dip. Beef was over cooked and dry,french fries and coleslaw were great along with the service.

Grew up going here. The burgers and broasted chicken are highly recommended

Stopped by with friends for a late Saturday lunch and were happy with the quality and value of the food. My husband had the steak sandwich but three of us had the broasted chicken, and when I saw how that was going I should have changed my order to something else for the sake of the review but it just sounded so good that I didn't want to miss out! Good choice on my part, it was awesome.Fries were also good, and the generous plate of hash browns were topped with butter. I'd recommend just dropping the toast from the chicken dinners, it's hiding under the chicken and who wants toast anyway? If you want to serve bread, maybe just a traditional dinner roll??The salad was fun, topped with goldfish! Another review criticized that but it was actually good so don't listen to the haters.My husband liked the steak sandwich with au jus but from the bite I took it seemed awkward, with the steak thicker and the bread thinner than a normal French dip but it wasn't supposed to be that, was it??Overall, fast and friendly service in an atmosphere that's reminiscent of a small town diner complete with paper placemats.

Excellent and friendly service, and delicious food! The broasted chicken and red potatoes were phenomenal! Definitely will come back again and highly recommend!
