Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners at the Hugo location, and he was incredibly friendly. It’s always refreshing to see owners actively working at their own establishments! The pizza was fantastic, and the service was outstanding today!

I went in on Sunday morning to pick up some pizza for the Vikings game, but they didn’t have any garlic bread available. I was informed it would take about 45 minutes to prepare some. The staff didn’t seem to care much about running out of this item. Next time, I’ll just go to the pizza place next door instead.

Always great with great service, I can't think of a single complaint and I order here at least once a week.

There seems to be an issue with the pizza about half the time, and it rises to 80% when we customize our orders. Either the pizza is incorrect or it’s missing ingredients; for instance, the last time we ordered, they used the wrong type of sauce. We typically order online, so it might be a problem with how they read our requests, as the order slip attached to the box is always accurate.

It?s Tuesday 10.99! Or so I thought. I was going to place my order on-line because I wanted to pay cash. Online Crustless is 10.99, but when I got to the store I was charged 17.50! Cashier said the Crustless pizzas were not included : I went back intothe store with my receipt and spoke to the owner who said the same thing. After arguing my point and showing him the priceon-line is 10.99. I got a refund but? Seems pretty sketchy to me! Hmm? I called a different location and yes, just as I thought,Crustless pizzas are included in the Tuesday special.
