Contribuisci feedbackI visited this evening and greeted the two employees, but was completely ignored. Neither of them made eye contact or acknowledged me while I waited for one to put on gloves. I ultimately decided not to order and walked out. Why would I spend my money at a place that can’t even say hello to a customer? I believe there's a significant opportunity for the manager or owner to help their staff appreciate the importance of good customer service. There are plenty of other options available.
First and last time I?ll order from here. It looks like someone stepped on my sandwich, it?s barely put together.
I stopped in for an early lunch, and Destiny prepared our sandwiches. It was a fantastic experience—she was professional and made our sandwiches exactly as we requested, all while maintaining a wonderful attitude. The customer service from Destiny was outstanding! We’ll definitely be back!
I visited the restaurant on Friday, May 20, 2022, just before 5 PM. The shorter Caucasian server noticed there was barely enough tuna in the bowl for my sandwich and remarked, "We're out of tuna." Instead of getting a fresh bowl, she swiped at the nearly empty one repeatedly. When I asked her about it, she insisted that I'd received my two scoops, but they were more like two half scoops. However, this review isn't just about the tuna; it's about the way I was treated, with an unmistakable air of disdain for even inquiring. This was honestly the first time I encountered a Subway employee who didn’t go out of their way to be fair or pleasant to me. But I suppose it's my fault for coming in wearing gym clothes, right? It seems I made the mistake of choosing the Hugo Subway.
They prefer to eat their own food, which they know they can't mess up.
