It cost a little more than I had hoped to spend $25 with tip for a huge chicken fried steak, 2 sides, pop), but it was all really good, so other than that, great road trip stop! We visited on a Tuesday evening (early). We only ordered a drink and the sampler appetizer. Unfortunately, the food was quite average, and the service felt slow considering the number of patrons. Perhaps we had higher expectations.
The food here is excellent. The restaurant is in a newer building, so it doesn't have any historical charm. They have several TV monitors showing different channels. I enjoyed learning about the backstory of Bonnie and Clyde. My wife wasn't a fan of the garlic bread because it had some kind of cheese on top, but she simply removed it—some might actually enjoy it that way. The menu is unique, designed like a newspaper with stories about Bonnie and Clyde. As for parking, there is a large gravel lot to the north of the building.
