This is problematic as there is a need for bilingual employees, but the owner seems to prioritize French-speaking customers. It is important to note that the treatment of Francophones in Ottawa is different from that in English Canada, and if the situation was reversed, the owner could face potential legal consequences.

This Subway location in Downtown Ottawa is the best. The staff is friendly and makes sandwiches that hold together well. The place is also clean and well-maintained.

Because I wanted to enjoy a promotional discount coupon that's what I was entitled to, I asked for vegetables but I was told I had no right to see that I had the coupon. When I said I was going to file a complaint, I was entitled to some vegetables.
