Trova Coastal Kitchen Wyndham Palmas

We had a wonderful time. the food and service was excellent, but they need to update the website. No one would know what a wonderful dinner menu they have. the drinks were excellent and the whole menu was wonderful. I will try the vegan options next time. the Calabaza option looked amazing. we had the red snap fillet, the shrimp cocktail, the mofongo cups, mango salad and chicken wings. Drinks were very good, we had 3 different martinis. no dessert too full.

Overall the food was savory but the Lobster was overcooked , hard to get out of the shell and the filet mignon was rare.

Completely over my expectations. Food Quality outstanding. The Chef cooks awesome.

Little disappointed. The place is closed for renovation. Definitely looking forward to it. But for now, if that’s the case, CLOSE OR LOCK THE RESERVATIONS!! I drove almost an hour after making a reservation, hungry, just to encounter the fact that it’s closed.

The experience was very good and all the food was excellent and the 2023 New Year's Eve celebration was all a unique experience, thank you
