Big City Wings - Humble

The service was great! I had a cold beer and the glass smells funny, like someone used a tellerseife that was old. we had the fried sampler plate. best it was a generous amount of food, but it tasted all the same, blanching.

Ordered 5lbs of spicy crawfish and was charged extra for every pound of it being spicy so now I’m paying $10 a lb instead of $9.00 not to mention they are charging credit card surcharge for using credit card and they don’t tell you until your check comes out. An extra $8.00 on our check that was not food.

Went to Big City Wings in Atascocita ready to enjoy an evening with my hubby. Well, that didn't happen. I ordered crawfish and 2 potatoes and asked Are they spicy in any way' the waitress stated NO they are not. Well, I bit into the potato and my mouth and throat were on fire. I drink water even my piña colada nothing was working. Tears were running down my face. I went to the bathroom to vomit, I think I was in there over 30 minutes or so. OMG, it had worsened my throat was burning when I had vomited I had 2 lady employees come in and ask if I was OK. They brought some milk, my stomach and throat were still burning then I sat for about 3 minutes with my husband and here we go again to the lady's room. The manager never came to see me or apologize for the mistake they did. But my stomach felt like they were pulling my stomach apart and burning. I will probably go to the urgent care because it hurts so bad and this is what happens when a piece or even a tiny tiny bit. All I wanted is to have a relaxing dinner. Should've I given them the bill? The manager just glanced a few times to see if we were going to make a big deal of it. Anyway, what should I do, give them the medical bill because it was their mistake? Been going there for a few years and this is the first.

I got my spicy ranch dry wings which were awesome. My Mom really liked the chicken but sandwich.

The food is always good but the service is always bad. The servers are nice people but just take forever with everything. We’ve tried this locations at least 5 times and get the same results but we come back for the wings. Other locations have better service for sure.
