Buffalo Wild Wings ‘go’ - Humble

After the payment $80 for wings I was shorted an order of 10 wings for the delivery what my order was. I called and said I could come and get her or get a refund. the worker admitted that it was his fault to forget it. I said I'd take the refund. the worker said he would call the gm and call me back. my phone ringed once as a callback and then hanged up. I called 10 times. That's crazy. I'll never order again. very upset. edited to add: have a hold of them and the dame told me that she could not refund me and I had to put myself in connection with doordash, although I did not have a door bag and ordered directly via the buffalo wild wings app. it didn't sound right for me, but I tried anyway and was told that they couldn't help me because I ordered it directly. so back to bww. I don't have where anymore. even the dame in the background heard saying: "is this one again? although it was her fault, they cannot do it right. No one can edit a refund. I'll wait to see the gm tomorrow.

Placed an order thru Uber eats and one item was completely left out. I called the store and was on hold, then call was picked up and told to hold on placed on hold for awhile. I hung up called back several time to only be told by automated recording after about 45 seconds that no one could take my call right now. Terrible phone service!

So I called three times and no one could pick up the phone to take my Togo order. I drive in and order my food because online you’re not given the special notes or request option to type in how you want your wings cooked, also hot lemon pepper isn’t a sauce option online! I go into the store to get my order taken and I explained my order twice for her understanding and mine. She even read it back to me, 10 piece traditional wings ALL FLATS WELL DONE( extra crispy) 1/2 Hot lemon pepper and 1/2 spicy garlic. She tells me it’ll be 25 minutes since I want it well done which isn’t a problem at all, I went to run a few errands and actually ran over time. My order had been ready for twenty minutes so I’m anxious to get back to the store to pick up. When I walk in the lady who took my order says “one minute” and the other employee (black male) working that day (12/16) was sweet. He stopped what he was doing and got my order from the heater. Something told me to check it before driving off and thank God I did! Order just completely gone to sh…so it’s not all flats, and I was given spicy garlic and Buffalo wings instead. I hate drums which is why I don’t mind paying the difference for what I want. Now I’m frustrated because it’s been 30 minutes and now I have to wait another 25 for it to be made right. Soon as I walk back in with my Togo bag the one who took my order (female) goes “what now?” She thought I didn’t hear her but what’s the problem is you’re so consistent with getting people in and out that you’re not by far giving satisfiable customer service. Attitude was off. Order was wrong. Now I’m hungry and late for work. I could’ve gotten Whataburger and been just fine…

My second time, I'm ever going to a Buffalo wild wing. but the first time here. this building is relatiw new and as it is close, I was forced to come here sometime. if someone in your life has ever told you that this place is filthy, come here before you take her word. I really like this place. I come back to try more sauces. I tried there mango habanero wings w/ wobble rings. both where great. but this sauce is more spicy than sweet, just to warn you. I wish they would lower the prices. but I'm coming back in a way.

I came here and thought it was a regular buffalo wild wings. I have never heard of a “buffalo wild wing going”. if they are looking for a place to see some drinks look a game and dinge look elsewhere. I was out of town. had lyft here for free. dumbest concept of bww I've ever seen.
