Grand Garden - Humble

Never had a bad experience here! The orange beef is insanely delicious!!! Customer service is amazing!!!

Grand Garden is one of our go-to's for when i bring my wife lunch at work. I see a lot of negative reviews and i honestly dont agree with them. The menu is typical chinese restaurant fare but it's always fresh, hot and delicious (best Kung Pao ive ever had). The staff is kind, friendly, and always on top of everything. The restaurant is clean and inviting (the music is a bit boring though). They're prettt empty most of the time but if you dine in you'll notice they have a lot of order pickups and deliveries. I'm making my way through their menu slowly, and i'm always on the lookout for a better chinese restaurant but GG is the best i've found so far and i'm always happy to come back. Edit: I'm divorced now, and my ex has the kids out of state, but when she's in town we still make time to stop in.

Shrimp fried rice is, hands down, the best I have ever eaten!! Add extra shrimp and it's even better!

This place has the worst customer service EVER I ordered a sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice but instead when I got home I opened the container and noticed that I only had regular fried rice. I immediately called them to explain that my order was incorrect. I was told that the person that took the order made a mistake and only charged for regular rice there is a 2 dollar difference. I said no problem but I wouldn’t be able to come back for another 30 min. When I arrived with the order that was incorrect and the 2 dollar difference. I was told that I would have to pay another 10 because they remade the chicken and the rice. DUH I returned the wrong one in its entirety. They refused the difference in exchange and refused to give me a refund. They take your money and refuse to do rite. Don’t spend money with these people. They took the second order that I opened to view and sold it to another customer.

I try given this please another chance but I’M DONE!! Food was HORRIBLE! And for the price it’s not worth it!
