Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Humble

Food was ok but as usual the orders never right when we go through the drive thru ?. Happens every time.Food: 4/5

Great food loved my apple pie! Kinda scary at night with the people in the parking lot. I ordered ahead and was ready when I got there with minimum waiting.Food: 5/5

This is our 3rd time trying this location, once years ago (long wait, unprofessional service), and twice this year due to flying out of the airport in Houston. There are crackheads, and drug dealers hanging outside the connecting gas station/store and around this restaurant. The servers are unprofessional but the food is HOT and delicious. The macaroni and cheese is hot, cheesy and delicious, the red beans and rice, and mashed potatoes and gravy are delicious and worth the trip. I don't even want to eat Popeyes in my city because it doesn't compare. I cant vouch for the chicken as we don't eat it but the sides were so hot and delicious we made sure to go back when we returned from our trip. I plan to visit this location for their sides every time I travel to Houston. I hope they can get rid of the riff raff in front of the restaurant.

Sorry, I was not impressed with this Popeyes. Drug dealers hanging outside the place, and the environment just wasnt clean. The only reason we stopped was because my Uncle really was hungry and wanted a strawberry biscuit. Well, they were out of biscuits, and the chicken fries were cold and unseasoned. Nothing about this place reminded me of the traditional Popeyes with good downhome fast food. If you're going to raise the prices of food, you need to make sure its worth it. In this case, it was not. Also, the customer service can use some improvement as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
