I'm not sure why they insist on weighing all the meat. Just serve it the way you think it should be, and I promise you won't hear a complaint from me—except to praise how delicious the food is. Also, please show the younger staff how to cut the brisket correctly. When we request sliced beef, we expect it to be sliced, not chopped into a bunch of small pieces like BBQ.

It had been a while since our last visit, and we were delighted by how delicious the food was. The brisket was incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the black pepper sausage was equally tasty. The loaded baked potatoes were enormous and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely start returning here, as long as the food quality stays as impressive as it was last night!

The brisket sausage was excellent, but the tater salad beans didn't hit the mark. The service was decent, but the young staff seemed to neglect cleaning up the tables.

Food tasted good. I ordered one pound of four different meats each. The lady said your meats are in the silver pan. When I got home I only had three of the four meats that I paid for. At $19.00 a pound, she should have opened the lid and said here are your four meats. Then she would have noticed that one meat was missing. I have to drive for a half hour to get the meat they didn’t give me. When given your order, they should be taught to show you your order, when they give it to you in bags and covered silver pans.

Well smoked meats, unlimited sides, fresh baked bread (don't get too excited it is just white bread, but it is fresh! ... and the waitresses pass frequently around the tables offering more and more! Good family spot. Food is pretty decent but their sauces are really tangy, like them a lot! I had their black pepper sausage... is particularly good!
