TGI FRIDAYS - Humble

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. My bartender, Kris, went above and beyond by explaining the menu in detail, which was greatly appreciated as I am a picky eater. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was excellent. The manager even took the time to visit each table, making sure everyone was happy and engaging in friendly conversation. Thank you TGIF for a great dining experience!

I would give 5 stars to the bar staff at this restaurant. They are fantastic and very understanding. However, I had a disappointing experience with the manager. I ordered Cajun pasta without shrimp but received half the amount of chicken instead, still paying the full price. It seems like the kitchen staff are only allowed to follow the order exactly as written, which caused me to pay for less meat without any compensation or explanation. This issue should be addressed by management, not the server or customer. Despite being a regular customer, I left feeling unsatisfied and overcharged. I hope the restaurant can make things right and improve their customer service in the future. Perhaps a different manager would be more understanding and willing to resolve such issues.

This is my third visit to this restaurant and it has always been a fantastic experience! Rema and Carla at the bar are amazing and very helpful. We love coming to this restaurant in the Humble, Texas area!

Carla and Joel are awesome. The atmosphere was wonderful, calm, relaxing, and inviting. Carla is a 4 foot 11 pack of dynamite, can multi task with the best of them, even under pressure. She was warm and inviting, extreme menu knowledge, and offered multiple suggestions according to my dietary needs and desires. The beer on tap was ice cold, the restaurant was clean and restrooms well kept. I would come here daily if I lived closer, very reasonably priced and food was awesome.

Woooow this place is awesome. Not only is the food , but the managers are so great they take care of it all. i've been eating here since i was young. they keep up good vibes too. thank you Fridays for fun and tasty food.
