The restaurant played perfect R&B music as we enjoyed our amazing meal. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic; it truly doesn't get better than this. The staff was also very polite. I will definitely return! Food: 5/5

I just received my chicken and waffles, and they are fantastic! I understand someone mentioned that the prices might be a bit high, but given how delicious the food is, I can't really complain. The only downside is that if you need Wi-Fi, you'll have to connect to one of the nearby businesses, as cell service in this area is poor (which isn’t the fault of Wafflez). It made getting online a bit challenging. The staff was very friendly, and they also offer a variety of waffles for kids.

Delicious food that is fresh and definitely worth the wait. The grill smoke was a bit strong, but it didn’t detract from the experience. I would definitely return to try the other waffle flavors. Food: 5/5

I really dislike leaving this review because I want to support businesses like this, especially those that are minority-owned and considered family-run. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rudeness of an older female employee, and the overall atmosphere felt quite unprofessional. The food, which is delicious and full of flavor, makes this all the more disappointing. I wish the staff's attitude and the ambiance matched the exceptional quality of the food. My one-star rating reflects my belief that service, staff demeanor, and the general atmosphere are just as important as the food itself. Experiences like this make me hesitant to return, no matter how good the food is. I genuinely hope they can improve these issues because I believe they have the potential to become a lasting establishment if they do.

My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a great experience. The staff member was friendly and attentive, and the food was quite good.
