Whataburger - Humble

I really enjoy working with my colleagues at Whataburger. I make it a point to complete my tasks while having a good time. I never expected to return to the fast food industry, but I've realized that earning some money is better than not earning anything at all!

I noticed that people who had ordered after me were receiving their food, so I went up to inquire about my order. I was told that it was on its way. However, on my way back to the table, I heard my order number being called out again. I then overheard a customer telling the employee that they had received the wrong order. The employee took back that incorrect order, which happened to be mine, and instead handed me the same order that had just been given to the other customer. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he claimed that my meal was freshly made. I questioned how that could be when the burger was cold. How could they serve me an order that had previously been returned by someone else and pass it off as new?

Love the apple Cobb cranberry crispy grilled chicken salad. Also love how you can create burgers your own way and they get it down. Shakes and malts amazing with good friendly staff

This crew has it together. They take care of the customers and they are friendly. Things change over time, but within the last two to three months this store has been consistently good, in my opinion.

Amazing customer service! We visited in the morning, just five minutes before they stopped serving breakfast at 11 AM. I mentioned to the manager that my daughter was eager to have breakfast after a long doctor's appointment, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her. Thank you so much, Yulie!
