Philly Pretzel Factory - Hummelstown

I bought the steak filled sprouts and there was no steak inside. a small steak cube was outside and a large empty hole next door. never again. they were terrible

Arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday to order a tray of rivets before they closed. Said they needed at least an hour to make a tray. They closed at 5pm? Maybe the young men left to run the store need retraining on timing as well as customer service?

Salted pretzels tasted pretty burnt and bad. It's like something was pretty wrong with the baking. Smelled like the same burnt flavor when I walked in. I'm pretty sad because I was looking forward to a little treat.

The food is excellent, only drawback is they open too late. I would like to bring goodies into the office. Should be open at 7am

The salted pretzel nuggets were dry and hard. The cheddar cheese dip was gross. The cinnamon pretzel nuggets were decent as well as the salted caramel dip it came with. Not good enough to get it again though. I was disappointed.The service was absolutely amazing. Thank you ladies. The company just needs to revamp the recipe or something.
