Arby's - Hurricane Mills

The tables were all ditty and in need of cleaning. Also, all orders were being prepared as to go, even though most people were dining in. If you are looking for a fast meal while traveling I-40, you'll get it. And that is about all that can be said.

We ordered two French dip w/ crinkle fries. The au jus was cold. The employees gave us new hot au jus, which was nice. The fries were horrible! Brown, overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Disappointing ????

The Mac and Cheese was unevenly heated, the wrap I ordered wasn't cut (they usually are), and there was only one napkin in the bag. But the people were nice and it was almost 9 o'clock when we went through the drive thru so I would put the issues down tobeing the end of a very long day and people just wanting to be done for the day rather than poor service. This is at a truckstop and the lot was packed so I'm guessing they are always pretty busy and working fast food is a really tough job.

Employees have toddlers in the kitchen. I suggest day care or a babysitter. Restaurants should be slightly more professional.

They were nice and kind staff and they were not as busy but they got the food done really fast and it was a good food and I'm happy with there service thnks for ur awesome food and kindness.
