Dragon Express - Huntersville

Always loved Chinese food. We had it at least a few times each week when I was growing up in Metro Detroit. I have walked by Dragon Express many times when I run up to Target, finally tried it last night. We picked up the sweet and sour chicken, Orangechicken, some soup (for my husband). I requested the brown rice to replace the white. I wish they would mix the sweet and soursauce into the chicken but I guess providing it to you in a container to pour over when you get home, is how it?s done for carryout. I think after tasting both, I prefer the orange chicken because of it?s texture. Overall, I really enjoyed this Chinesefood.

General chicken, large egg drop and large wonton soup. 15 minutes from call to pick up. $22. I have order from here for years and it?s alway good.

I've always had a love for Chinese food, enjoying it a few times a week during my childhood in Metro Detroit. I often passed by Dragon Express on my trips to Target, and I finally decided to give it a try last night. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and some soup for my husband. I asked for brown rice instead of white. One thing I wish they did was mix the sweet and sour sauce with the chicken, but I understand that for takeout, they provide it in a container for you to add at home. After trying both dishes, I found that I preferred the orange chicken for its texture. Overall, I really enjoyed the Chinese food at Dragon Express.

Dragon Express offers tasty food with generous portions and reasonable prices. The sesame chicken is excellent, and the chicken fried rice is also spot on. The beef with broccoli is very good, but the vegetable fried rice lacks flavor. The egg rolls are a nice bonus. Overall, I would definitely return, as there's no greasy aftertaste.
