Dressler's Birkdale Village

This was on our list as “we have to try” and now I’m so glad we did. Staff was amazing, love the decor and the food.. just mouth watering thinking about it. Even if you don’t have room, you have to try the moms apple cake.

We have another wonderful Restaurant for ya! Check out Dresslers in beautiful Birkdale Village in Huntersville. It was absolutely wonderful, the food was amazing crafted wonderfully with explosive flavors and plated perfectly for the eyes. Our waitress “Christine” was very helpful with food selections, describing all the dishes, and making sure we had a wonderful meal and experience at this exquisite restaurant. We will definitely be back, too many great things on the menu! Cheers

The Seared Tuna (picture attached) was one of the best dishes I had ever had. All of the food and drinks were amazing. But the service was spectacular, Bobbie was our waitress and she treated us like family, we have never met such a wonderful person and we will come back just to see her again. We would recommend anyone who is in the Charlotte area to go eat there in the Huntersville location; a must to go restaurant

The braised short ribs were amazing! Our waitress, Rachel, was great and Dresslers is definitely a good spot for special occasion dinners.

Dressler's Birkdale never disappoints! The food is great and the staff is always so warm and friendly. It just feels like home!
