And then they want a tip for me to stand at a counter, order my own food, get my own drink, wipe my own table. ENOUGH!!! I just want a sandwich, no sales print. This place needs new management
Waited to be helped with no one else for 5 minutes. the big guy wiped his sweat, then he was wiping his nose and went on to make sandwich?. not today satan. no one talked to me, even though I started leaving the door.
I never had the staff at the Giles site so rude. The first time we ordered that we were stopped for the whole trip to the store and when I went to the store, I was still under control. When I drew attention to the managers, she said we were busy, but funny enough, said the girl? I forgot about you? The second time the sandwiches were so delicate and we got no pimples. And today the girl was so rude as I took my order and did not even ask my name and when I mentioned it. I have caller ID? And then I told her someone else would pick up the order? no total time given that she just hung up the phone! Unfortunately, Huntersville/Cornelius has only one Firehouse.
All right. More than 30 minutes to get a sub?? Can not even give an estimated time for the completion of the food. Instead, this guy hits the bush and says his in que. What kind of customer service is that?? Bro needs a reality check.
Food and service are great, but it's frequently dirty. I know they are busy and short staffed, but they need to make a pass through the dining room a little more often. Their sandwiches are worth it the trip.
