The men waited and welcomed not customers, then after waiting in line we were passed on as by 2 customers. they counted money instead of helping customers. I followed them on tic tock, but nothing to post because it would be embarrassing for the company. we love the company, but hb brea, ca is the place to be

Go to this place asap. they have fantastic workers such as a girl named sarah. she is so helpful and nice, with ice cream recommendations and making your day shine. she is also an excellent baker of cakes which i also recommended

Terrible service. There is a sign that clearly states you get a fresh waffle cone if you get two scoops, and employee SARAH charged us for the cone when we ordered two scoops but just asked for it in a cup with the free waffle on the side. They literally charged us for the cone despite the sign just because we got a cup... we asked if we can just get the ice cream in the cone then but Sarah said no and walked away. Who is in charge of training these employees?! Come on! I'm disappointed in Baskin-Robbins.

I cant even believe I paid for this. $8.99 for a KIDS scoop and 1 topping. They only have about 5 flavors to choose from. The rest of their windows are empty. I am beyond shocked about this entire visit..

Not very well welcome polite working staff. Bad experience for single visit. Don't suggest.
