The wait for a table can be quite frustrating, as there isn't a proper area to sit or relax while you wait. However, the food is quite good.

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding. The prices are quite reasonable as well!

I had a delicious breakfast! I ordered the turkey sausage scramble, although I usually go for the Springdale. They still offer some outdoor seating, which is great because it can get a bit crowded inside. It's nice to have more tables available and to enjoy the pleasant weather while dining.

Great hole in the wall! The chicken chili verde omelette is a must try, and it’s only $12.50! It is cash only though, so remember to bring cash so you don’t have to pay the ATM fee.

Love this place, they are pretty good at accomodating everyone, service is always friendly and quick, coffee is delicious. My favorite is the veggie scramble, my friends love the chili verde.
