Eureka! - Huntington Beach

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Fresno Fig Burger. It was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare. However, I recommend ordering extra fig on the side, as the amount in the burger isn't quite enough to make an impact. The truffle cheese fries were absolutely amazing and elevated the experience! We’ll definitely return to try more dishes.

The ambiance is delightful, with options for both indoor and outdoor dining, which includes a cozy fire pit. The food is fantastic! The burgers and salads are outstanding, and the desserts are definitely worth trying. Plus, small dogs are welcome, which is a nice touch. I truly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere!

I stumbled upon a fantastic restaurant in the Bella Terra district of County O, and every night when I called to check if the kitchen was open, I was met with a friendly voice. Paige, the charming hostess, would always answer with a cheerful "yes". I would then make the short walk from my AirB&B to enjoy a perfectly crafted whiskey sour, made with egg white and served with a Luxardo cherry, by the talented bartenders Jaden and the composed and skillful Tony. I can't wait to return to this gem the next time I'm in town. Kudos to Eureka! I’m not surprised you have an exclamation point in your name—your kindness and warm welcome to travelers definitely deserve that extra emphasis!

My husband and I went here for date night I got the Cowboy Burger (hoestring Onions bacon cheddar bbq Sauce) w Mac n Cheese Balls instead of Fritten. My whole dinner was delicious! The burger was super delicious, and the Mac n cheese balls were amazing. A little spicy, but super good, I wish the page came with more. My husband got the Double Stacked (2 Angus patties caramelized onion bacon cheddar havarti garlic aioli) he got the sweet potato friries. I didn't taste his burger, but he really seemed to enjoy it. The sweet potato fries were also amazing!! The restaurant is pretty well ventilated and almost half of it is open. No one wore masks... That seemed very strange to me that we are from Manhattan Beach and all servers wear masks, but maybe that's different in the OC, I'm not sure. Overall we had a very pleasant dinner!

I absolutely love the truffles and firecracker wings—they're my favorites. I also appreciate that happy hour ends at 9:00 on select days. Just a quick update: while they don't have late-night happy hour, they still offer it Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM. The truffles are still my top choice, and I've tried a delicious drink called Wildkind that I highly recommend. The firecracker wings never disappoint, and we also enjoyed a classic burger. I always look forward to coming here!
