Located in an eclectic shopping center on Beach Blvd, surrounded by unique shops, Nonna Lucci's is a bustling restaurant with a charming outdoor seating area. Customers enjoy the simply prepared, delicious food on the menu, which offers a variety of traditional Italian dishes, as well as sandwiches, salads, and pasta. Guests can customize their orders to their liking. The BBQ brisket sandwich is particularly tasty. Jessica does an excellent job of ensuring all orders are promptly filled, despite being extremely busy. The pizzas feature a thick crust, gooey cheese, and ample Italian sauce. I recommend ordering a large pizza, as you will definitely want more.
As a recent transplant from Philadelphia to California, I was craving a good Philly cheesesteak. Most places here are similar to Wawa, which I do love but is not my first choice for a cheesesteak. This place was exactly what I was looking for! The pizza was authentic New York thin crust. The atmosphere and decor reminded me of the tri-state area and gave me serious nostalgia.
I recently had the best customer service experience of my life at this restaurant. The owners were incredibly kind and worked hard to ensure our order went smoothly. Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful dining experience!
Amazing eating and amazing service. they take care of their customers and always make sure that eating is good. the food is cheap for the quantity and quality, my friend and I can share a meal (with dessert naturally, very recommend the tira-misu.) I would eat here every day if I could! 10/10
Very disappointed! I tried this place a few months ago being in the Huntington area it was really delicious. I paid around $30 for 2 large pizzas. Today I decided to order the same items again and paid $36. I was quoted 30 mins for pick up but it ended up being over 45 mins and they were completely slow in business. Once my order was finished I saw the cook damping paper towels on the overly greasy pizza. I brought it home to find it not even cut thoroughly and had to cut it myself. While 1 pizza crust was soft and falling apart, the other crust tastes stale and hard. The overall experience was not great we won’t be coming back.
