Contribuisci feedbackWe tried the Super Sonic Bacon double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger. Both were delicious and satisfying, definitely a meal for a hungry burger lover! The Reese's Blast shake was scrumptious and incredibly thick. However, I noticed it was quite chilly inside when I started eating, causing my food to quickly cool down. I suggest ensuring the AC and ceiling fans are properly adjusted to prevent this from happening.
I understand that there may be a shortage of workers, supply chain issues, and COVID-19 concerns, but the long wait times at this restaurant are ultimately a problem with the owner/manager. I have experience working in retail and food service, from fry cook to manager, and there is no excuse for the poor customer experience. Despite the untrained and poorly guided staff being polite and apologetic for issues that are not their fault, it is unacceptable to wait for an hour. I give this restaurant 1 star until new management takes over at this location.
We waited for an hour to be seated and had to inquire about our order at the front counter because it seemed like the staff was confused. When we finally received our food, I discovered that my son's chicken was undercooked. It was a terrible experience and I will never return to this Sonic location. If I could give negative stars, I would. Management needs to address these issues.
Wait for an hour. there was no communication from the personal on the laufwerk thru loudspeaker. had to drive to the window to order. When I was given that food, it was cold and dangerous undercooked. then, after they had given the hired, they fought the same food and returned it to me. no care in the behavior of the employees. no apology for the waiting period. I understand job shortages and underdisability, but this is inevitable. the load should have closed when this was the type of service they had to offer. the owner of this franchise must evaluate their administration and make changes or this location will suffer. the people who are really hurt are the customers who are looking for a good meal with quality service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Finally tried Sonic. The TV commercials make it look so good! It wasn't. The grilled cheese sandwich was dry as dry could be. And limp. The skinny french fries tasted like they were soaked in salt water (and I love salt), but not these. The vanilla shake was nothing special at all. Oh, and the service was crummy and it was not crowded at all. The speakers were bad. They delivered our order (grilled cheese, fries, bacon burger, vanilla shake and a chocolate shake) to our car and forgot the french fries. Brought out the fries about 10 minutes later, cold, limp. I won't be back.
