Starbucks - Huntington Beach

Show up at 8pm to be told they were closed when i am aware they close at 8:30pm but it seems they enjoy making up the hours and cleaning up early ! It?s fine but at least list that online so I don?t waste my gas and time driving .

Walked here in 80°, I'm a disabled veteran to find out the dinning room was closed. I checked the app but all they can do is turn off mobile orders? Why is your store half closed on a Friday afternoon?

This store is so unprofessional they close we no reason.. I got to the store on Sept 2nd around 4:15pm and was told they are just open for drive thru and not dine in.. as you can see in many of their reviews it seems the people working there just decide when to open and when to close. I asked the girl the answered the phone why they were closed and she just kept on repeating they were closed without an explanation. Maybe this is something that needs to be reported to corporate since they are just abiding by their own schedule

This SB on Beach Blvd. took 20 mins. to make a grande Chai for me that had ice instead of being hot as i ordered it. Then they charged $8 for it. Thats is just wrong on all fronts. Never again...!

These guys never pay attention. I always ask for light ice and I never get it. It's my fault I keep showing up here. Today I also had to ask for napkins, and a knife for my bagel . But I'm done. I'll go to the next one down Beach Boulevard.
