Ihop - Huntington Station

The restaurant is now being managed by the younger generation. I miss the presence of the older Indian gentleman who used to be there. My server seemed preoccupied with trying to impress me rather than listening to my requests. It was amusing and flattering, but this establishment could benefit from some additional customer service training.

The experience at the restaurant was lovely and enjoyable.

The restaurant was bustling with activity. The breakfast bowl I ordered was definitely worth the wait. I plan on coming back again. The waitress serving us was very friendly and attentive.

My family loves to come here. The food is great, the staff really works hard and I appreciate their efforts. Waiting for food is reasonable and the staff is always ready to make it right for you. This location is clean and the parking lot is sufficient. It is not so crowded at the times we were there (5:30 or 8:00). Your bathroom is a hit and miss. Some days are better than others, but you can’t really blame the staff for some customers needing to train some manners and pots anywhere, but that’s not IHOP staff responsibility. Another thing I like about IHOP and one of the reasons I support them. They are not discriminatory when they rent. I work with some people with social and intellectual disabilities and they have jobs at IHOP. These people tell me IHOP trains and supports them, and I love and respect them.
