Piccolo Restaurant - Huntington Station

WE LOVE PICOLO!!! The food is sooooo good. Nice small place. The atmosphere is amazing and they have a great choice of wines and cocktails. I've never had a bad experience here. I had wanted to try Piccolo's for years. I had high expectations for the food and was slightly disappointed. Although the sausage and broccoli rabe Italian egg rolls were awesome. Linguine and clams were good . My short rib tasted more like a pot roast then a typical braised short rib on the bone. The clams oreganata were just ok the sauce was think and the breadcrumbs were kind of bland. I prefer Sal D's across the street for Italian.
